Heat pipe heat dissipation is the most stable thermal conduction device in the industry. Its heat conduction speed is higher than that of pure copper substrate tens to hundreds of times. It is commonly used in computer CPU cooling. It can quickly transfer the heat generated by the LED chip in the fastest way, faster and more effective than other heat dissipating materials. So what is the principle of the heat pipe?

Heat pipe is a passive heat transfer element using phase change heat transfer technology, which transfers heat through the phase transformation of the working fluid (between the liquid phase and the vapor phase). The typical heat pipe is composed of shell, wick and working fluid. When the heat pipe is absorbed at one end, the liquid medium of the endothermic end is vaporized into steam, and the steam moves to the other end under the pressure of the internal pressure of the heat pipe, and the cold end is liquefied after being cooled, releasing the latent heat and recondensing it into liquid medium, and reflux through the structure of the liquid sucking core.

As shown below, the area of heat evaporation in the working fluid is called the evaporation section. The area of the liquefied steam is called the condensing section.
